2. Easier Now — Not a current concern. In-dev MVP by external developers. Future: Hermes can incorporate second-brain .md wiki infrastructure (Obsidian-like) to coordinate with Easier Now. No action now.
3. Outreach — Not a current concern. Main focus is Hermes setup + COO role.
4. Reference resource — leads.8figureagency.co admin upload contains a smart starting point incorporated into GitHub docs.
5. Free mode needed — 3rd model tier for affordability. Should restrict costly tools (web search, vision). Must follow pattern of quality mode (routing specific tasks to appropriate models).

Open Questions

• Which free/cheap models on OpenRouter should power the free mode?
• How should tool restrictions work in free mode — disabled tools or just cheaper models for those tasks?
• When should each mode (budget / quality / free) be used?
