Easier Brain Agent Rules

Purpose

This vault is the human-readable, auditable knowledge base for Easier business research and operations. Use it to support decisions, not to act externally without explicit approval.

Initial Permissions

• Read public or synthetic material already placed in this vault.
• Draft proposed compiled pages and clearly identify source evidence.
• Do not access external systems, send messages, publish content, change spend, alter workflows, or ingest private information.
• Do not modify raw/ source content after capture.
• Do not bulk-import raw transcripts, Slack history or Google Drive assets.
• Prefer receipts, digests and links back to source systems.
• Ask for review before changing compiled pages based on confidential material, contradictions, or a proposed update touching many pages.

Required Workflow

1. Read SCHEMA.md, index.md, and the most recent entries in log.md.
2. Read SOUL.md and the relevant role file, starting with agents/coo-ai-ops-manager/soul.md for COO work.
3. Retrieve related pages before proposing new pages or claims.
4. Cite source receipts or raw evidence for factual claims; mark inference as inference.
5. Preserve contradictory evidence and flag it for human review.
6. Record approved knowledge changes in log.md.
