Status: superseded as the recommended first agent.

Anthony's later guidance and the 8 Figure Hermes guide point toward a COO / AI Ops Manager first. Keep this document as a useful future specialist profile, but do not build it before the COO layer unless Anthony explicitly changes priority.

Purpose

The Founder EA helps Anthony keep the business moving without needing perfect organisation. It turns scattered notes, meetings, ideas and open loops into briefs, decisions, reminders and draft plans.

It is not a personal secretary with full access to everything. It is a thinking partner and operating-memory assistant.

Why This Agent First

The Notion workspace already shows the core pattern:

• Easier is organised around departments and SOPs.
• Some important pages are viable, many are started or draft.
• Goals emphasise cash generation, hard systems, soft systems, legal/financial foundation and lifestyle enablement.
• Founder bottleneck reduction is a recurring need.

The Founder EA helps maintain that system before any risky automation is added.
