Open Questions for Anthony

These questions should be answered before moving from inert prep to live agent usage. They are not blockers for planning.

Agent Priority

Confirm the first real profile is COO / AI Ops Manager, with Founder EA, Research Analyst, ContentOS, outbound and social as later specialist agents.
Answered: yes, COO first. ContentOS/outbound/social remain secondary.
What daily and weekly outputs would make you say "this is useful" within a week?
Answered: the COO should become the intuitive development partner for the Hermes instance, taking over Codex's current role in building Hermes.
Should the first Slack interface be a private test channel, an internal ops channel, or command-only?
Answered: create one internal channel later, int-agentops.

Which data is completely off-limits for Hermes for now?
Which systems are the authoritative raw archives for Fathom, Google Drive creatives, Slack, Notion, Airtable and Easier Now?
Are client call digests acceptable for manual import if marked confidential, while full transcripts stay in Fathom by default?
Answered: yes. Use receipts, digests and links by default.
Should relationship notes include personal context, or only business commitments and preferences?
What counts as "too dangerous" for now besides irreversible deletion: client-visible sending, spend, legal/finance, credentials, access changes, HR, or anything else?
Answered directionally: agents should eventually be involved everywhere because Easier is designed as a lifestyle business. Safety should be based on action gates and maturity, not permanent departmental bans.

Which Airtable bases/views are safest for read-only testing?
Answered: Airtable is already becoming obsolete and is rarely used.
Is Easier Now intended to consume the same vault, or should it use a separate product-grade memory model?
Answered: Easier Now is the intended note-taking source of truth. Evernote is still used personally while Easier Now is in development. In a few months, Easier Now should receive a second-brain structure that works in harmony with Hermes.
Should Notion be migrated into Obsidian gradually, or only sampled as needed?
Where are the ContentOS/outbound/social briefing docs in Notion?

What should be in the daily loop versus the weekly loop?
Should Hermes ever create tasks, or only suggest them?
What is the approval surface: Slack, Easier Now, n8n, or GitHub issues?
Should the COO post a daily internal Slack update once Slack is connected, or should it only draft one for Anthony?
Answered: yes to later Slack daily updates. Interpret as draft/review first, then automatic posting to int-agentops once trusted.

Is it acceptable to upgrade the GCE VM or add a second small VM for Hermes?
Should the live vault be synced from Anthony's device, hosted on the server, or kept separate until the system proves itself?
What backup tool or storage should be used for the live vault?
