6. Timeline (clarify expectations, what you get when - e.g. weekly calls, deliverables stages)
7. Next steps (help them visualise what it's like to sign up - e.g. decision on start date, omboarding steps, communications setup, pick day for calls, get to work and start making some money (funny one))
8. Show potential ROI (Model forecast for their specific goals (revenue, nca, community impact, follower growth, profit) with timeframes, other benefits tied to their personal/business goals e.g. peace of mind, more free time, happy team with more customers)
