Summary

Easier is being designed as an AI-native lifestyle business where agents eventually support every meaningful area of the company. The first Hermes agent should be the COO / AI Ops Manager because the immediate need is to build the operating system for other agents: shared soul, memory filter, roles, gates, SOPs, evals and daily/weekly loops.

Current Decisions

• First Slack channel later: int-agentops.
• Fathom default: receipts, digests and source links; full transcripts stay in Fathom unless explicitly approved.
• Easier Now should become the note-taking source of truth and eventually receive a second-brain structure that works with Hermes.
• Airtable is already becoming obsolete and is rarely used.
• ContentOS, outbound and social are secondary until the COO layer is useful.

Inference

Hermes should start as a careful operating memory and agent-building partner, not as a broad automation layer. The company-wide ambition remains broad, but autonomy should be earned through narrow dry-runs, gates and review.
