# Anthony Decisions: 2026-05-28

## Slack

First internal read/write surface:

- create `int-agentops` later;
- use it as the first agent operations channel;
- start with draft/review behaviour;
- allow daily COO updates to post there once the loop is trusted.

## Fathom

Confirmed default:

- receipts, digests and source links;
- full transcripts stay in Fathom unless specifically approved;
- Hermes stores business meaning, not transcript volume.

## Safety Model

Anthony wants agents involved everywhere over time. Easier is intended to be an
AI-native lifestyle business, not a business with AI locked in one department.

Therefore:

- do not define permanent departmental no-go zones;
- define maturity levels, action gates and approval flows;
- make dangerous actions hard-gated: deletion, external sending, spend,
  credentials, access changes, client-visible output, legal/finance changes and
  workflow changes.

## Easier Now and Airtable

Easier Now is intended to be the note-taking source of truth.

Current reality:

- Easier Now is still in development;
- Anthony still uses Evernote often;
- Airtable is already becoming obsolete and rarely used.

Future direction:

- Easier Now should receive a second-brain structure in the next few months;
- that structure should work in harmony with Hermes;
- Hermes should be the agent operating layer and memory steward.

## COO Agent

The COO should not be only a reporting agent.

It should become the intuitive Hermes development partner: the thing Anthony
uses to develop the Hermes instance itself, gradually taking over the role Codex
is currently playing in this setup.
