• deleting or bulk-archiving anything;
• changing spend, ads, billing, pricing, contracts, legal or finance records.
• changing workflows or automations.

Safe Without Approval

Allowed inside the approved local vault:

• read local template files;
• draft notes;
• classify notes;
• propose SOP edits;
• propose agent roles;
• propose benchmark questions;
• propose memory promotion or decay;
• create local review drafts.

Connector Activation Checklist

Before any connector becomes live:

• source owner named;
• access scope named;
• read/write permissions documented;
• retention rule documented;
• rollback path documented;
• test channel such as int-agentops or test dataset selected;
• audit log location selected;
• first three dry-run tasks defined.
