SOP: Memory Filter
Purpose
Keep Easier Hermes useful by saving information, not clutter.
Rule
Raw artifacts stay in source systems unless explicitly approved. Hermes stores
receipts, digests, decisions, commitments, risks, SOP changes and links back to
evidence.
Save
- decision, reason and outcome;
- commitment, owner and deadline;
- client/prospect relationship signal;
- risk or blocker;
- contradiction;
- SOP gap;
- useful pattern;
- approved strategy principle.
Do Not Save By Default
- full Fathom recordings;
- whole transcripts;
- raw ad creative files;
- unreviewed Slack history;
- duplicate summaries;
- model outputs with no source;
- notes that are only temporary chatter.
